SHIPPING TERMS

We offer a standard flat rate shipping fee of $6.00 to anywhere in the United States. For heavier packages such as milestone blankets, quilts, and larger custom orders, our shipping fee is $12.00+* We primarily use USPS and UPS to ship orders.

LOCAL DELIVERY TERMS

We offer local delivery to customers in or around the Hull Street area such as Woodlake, Moseley, Winterpock, Harpers Mill, Hampton Park, Hallsley, Rountrey, and Brandermill. If your neighborhood is not listed but you think it may qualify for local delivery, please message us to inquire.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy. Item(s) must be unused, unopened, and free from any damage or wear. Returns/Exchanges are subject to a $6.00 return shipping/restocking fee which will be deducted from your total refund or charged at the time of exchange. Local delivery/pickup is an option for returns/exchanges as well.

Any custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
